Intermittently on starting, the engine seems to not getting enough fuel to run

(1999 Ford Expedition)

I just had the oil changed and new fuel filter but the problem is still happening

you may have a weak fuel pump have you done a fuel pressure test?

No, I haven't. I forgot to mention the problem when I had the car serviced. Sounds like a good suggestion

I would not only have them run a fuel pressure test but also a leak down test to make sure the system is holding pressure.
