Intermitten Fuel and Ignition Problem

(1990 Ford F-150)
in St. Cloud, FL on June 19, 2010
1988 Ford F150. Fuel and Spark problems. Replaced ECM, computer, relays, all new fuel system. Runs sometimes for a while, but upon restarting there's no spark and sometimes also no fuel pressure. Performed basic checks on all systems, but this seems to be something more complicated. Any ideas?
