Instrument cluster

i have a 99 tt. instrument cluster no good. can i just plug and play repace with a brand new cluster. part #8N1 919 Thanks

Most of the time yes. There was a year slit that requires the odometer be set and some security codes be put in like the VIN. Even if your TT needs this, you can drive it to the dealer with the dash bezzle off, swap out the cluster and have them program the new cluster and you can drive off. I used to do this at a shop where I worked on a lot of Audi.
