In what order should the brakes be bled after installing new rear calipers?

I know there is a specific order but I don't know what it is.

Also, is there anything that must be done for the ABS system to work properly?

start bleeding your brks with the furthest wheel from master cyl then work your way towards the master cyl. this should bleed abs also
