I'm able to crank but won't run

(1999 Buick Regal)
I've replaced coil packs and spark plugs and cables crankshaft sensor ecu and icm and ignition switch but still getting no spark
How long have you had this problem? Months

I've done all that and read that page before trying to figure out my car

At this point the only recommendation I can make is testing with a professional quality scan tool to view critical live data - such as cranking signal from CKPS as well as other relevant operating system parameters.

Hopefully the new electronic control module was properly per-programmed before installation and crankshaft balancer wasn’t damaged during CKPS install.
