If my oil is milky does that mean my engine is gone?

I had the manafoil gasket replaced but they let the sealer dry then the next time they just put on more gasket sealer' now it leaks more and the oil is a milky color. is my engine gone? or is there anything I can do?

No it does not mean that your engine is gone. It means that water or coolant is getting into the engine oil. This can come from multiple different locations. The most likely causes are head gaskets, intake gaskets, oil coolers, or cracked engines. Engine problems are a possibility, but I hate to jump to a worst case scenario without proper testing.
