If drive belt sqills very loud does it mean a pully is locking up?

when it is below 30 degress the drive belt sqills very loud when you start the FX35 and you can smell the rubber.do you think a pully is going bad.

Inspect the drive belt while a partner starts the vehicle. Be careful not to put your hand on anything moving. Then try switching the A/C or defrost on and off noting if this makes a difference.
