I was told at Dealership I needed a side mount--looks like a dog bone.

What is this mount? Is it a motor mount?
How much would this cost including labor?

It is a shock absorbing rod for engine movement and it does sort of look like a dog bone. It only takes about 15 minutes to replace and after an after market part ( which is fine for this situation ) is about $30 dollars so the whole job should be about $65-$75 max.

Thanks so much. I was quoted a price of $175.00 at a Toyota Dealership.
