my cd player didnt work so i tried to changed it by cutting the wires and wiring them together with the other cd player, i didnt let any wires touch but after my car wouldnt start it doesnt make a sound when i turn it over. my battery is good i hear my fuel pump coming on when i turn the key, and i even jumped the starter relay and the car turns over and starts but only for a few seconds than shuts off, could somebody help me out here and tell me what might be wrong??

I am not sure but I believe your 1994 Buick Regal is equipped with a GM VATS anti-theft system. It sounds like your starting issue is related to the anti-theft system. How this is related to the CD replacement I cannot say. Please see the RepairPal article - http://repairpal.com/gm_vats_vehicle_anti-theft_system - for more information.
