I locked my keys in the trunk with my doors locked.

(2004 Infiniti Q45)
in Upland, CA on February 05, 2017
I contacted a towing facility and he opened the door. The alarm starting going off and it shut the cars computer down and the manual trunk release will not open the door. Is there a way in the trunk from the back seat. We have tried but there is a control panel when I open the center part.
Any advise would be appreciated.

There is usually a way to release the manual key from the FOB and there is a hidden key hole usually that will manually connect.

try unhooking the battery for a few minutes, then reconnect the cables and leave the door open before disconnecting/reconnecting the battery, see what happens.
