I just got a new fuel pump,feul filter,and a new starter in my f250 diesel

(1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty)
powerstroke superduty,I was driving today and it stopped on me twice,the first time it started up and I drove about a mile and it stopped again.Now when I try and start it,it will not start it does turn over,and when I turn the key to the on postion I hear a humming or buzzing noise.The car had run out of gas that why I had to get the new fuel filter,pump and starter.Can someone please give me so advice.......I was driving as pretty as I pleased and she just stopped=( HELP

SOUNDS LIKE THERE IS POSS AIR IN FUEL SYSTEM. BLEED SYSTEM OF ALL AIR AND TRY AGAIN

Thanks Love, I will try that today,I have a guy coming to help me.......will it be easy for him to bleed the system.

2 People I know had the fuel tank lamination come off and particles clog pump and injectors http://repairpal.com/delamination-of-diesel-fuel-tank-343

the tank falls apart only in steel tanks and yes if fairly easy
