I just bought a 1990 Ford f350 dulley 88,000 miles what can I expect to go wrong

i have a 1990 ford f350 with 270,000 miles 7.3 liter diesel,had to replace fuel injector hoses, brake master cylinder,seal in rear end drive shaft,currently having steering problems,hard steering to right,and pushing fluid out of steering pump,need help with problem !!!!!
