I have to keep putting fluid in my clutch reservoir, and will not go into gear

Always have to to put fluid in clutch reservoir even when just shy of full mark,won't go into gear have to force it sometimes,can I check the problem with OBD diagnostic scan

Find the leak , either clutch master cyl. , slave cylinder , or line. NOT an item monitored by OBDII system.
