I have No break light on driver side back and no trun single on same side

(1990 Chevrolet 1500 Pickup)

I change the bulbs fuses and wire on the back of my 97 Chevy Silverado k1500 z71 I still have no break light or turn signal on the drive side I can't wrap my finger around what the problem is
What seems to make the problem better or worse? Stays the same
How long have you had this problem? Couple of days

Suspect bulb circuit board .... Can swap sides to confirm - drivers side will hook up to passenger side - IF light still doesn’t work - circuit board is likely culprit - - IF the light now works - reply here for more help.
