I have about 75,000 miles on my car. When should I be changing my timing belt?

My driving is mostly on the East End of Long Island, which is sparse suburban traffic (except this time of year!) In addition, I make three or four trips a year to upstate New York, approximately 750 miles each.

Doesn't have a timing belt. It has a timing chain that should last as long as the engine does! The accessory drive should be changed, if not already.
