I have a 2001 ford crown victoria....it has no headlights

I have a 2001 ford crown victoria the headlights,tail lights and dash lights don't work....the fuses,bulbs,headlight switch and light control module all are ok....what can be the problem

If you can trace the power to the switch, module and all, keep tracing until you find the problem. I suspect a connector being loose or corroded, There could be a ground point fault but if all the exterior lights don't work I wouldn't think it's a single ground point. You need to check further.
