I have a 2000 ford explorer and everytime i turn the key amp #19 keep blowing

I change the starter and the fuse pump and the car is not starting up so can sumbody help please to fix this problem

Amp #19? If you mean fuse 19 what is it powering? Did it only start doing this after replacing the starter and (what I assume you meant to say) fuel pump? If #19 is the fuel pump fuse and it only started blowing after replacing the pump then you either got a bad pump or the wiring is shorted out.

I check all the wirer and its gud but it still want crank but the abs light is on
