do they use salt on roads there in winter? that will cause it. we get used cars from north sometimes and they are rusty underneath.

OTHER CARS OR TRUCKS FROM THE NORTH THAT I HAVE SEEN, DON'T HAVE THIS KIND OF RUST...I WAITING TO GO DOWN THE ROAD
