I have a 1999 ford escort that has a hard time stopping?

It has new brakes , a new master cylinder , and the lines have been bled and it still doesn't stop that well.. what else can I do?

You can tell us what the brake pedal does. Car off , pump pedal.....does it get firm? Then if it does , KEEP your foot on the pedal and start the car...........does the pedal sink down about 1/3 travel? Answer those and we'll go further./////////7/23......or don't..........
