I got my power steering feed hose replaced by Honda on 4/4/2013 due to a recall.

On 4/26, there was a huge leak under my car. I towed it to my mechanic and they found a leak on the return hose. Should I contact Honda or is that a separate issue?

Seperate issue , unless they see physical damage (bend or puncture) that may have occured while recall was done. We've done several hundred at the dealer I'm at , and so far I've not heard of any return lines being affected by replacing the feed(pressure) hose.
