Q: I got 2 codes about my engine light; P0441 and P0446 on 1999 Toyota Corolla

Edit
Even my mechanic can not find the problem. What should it be with these two codes? :/

The descriptions of these codes are;
P0441 = 'Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow".
P0446 = "Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Circuit Malfunction".

There is a failure in the EVAP system. Find another auto repair shop or mechanic here; http://repairpal.com/toyota-repair-in-vernon-rockville-connecticut
My friends Corolla had the same codes come up. I've been researching it to death. Someone suggested checking the air hose and sensor that are attached to the air filter box. Sure enough the sensor popped out, I pushed it back in and the engine light went off. It seems when the air filter gets changed, you open the box, one of these two can pop off. Simple fix thank goodness! Although we haven't done another emissions test hasn't been done yet I'm confident this was it.
