Q: I bought a 92 honda accord the brake pedal depresses slowly to the floor on 1992 Honda Accord

i added fluid, bled the brakes, checked roters and pads, occasionaly the brake lamp light will come on

Did you remove the rear drums and check the cylinders (if is not 4 wheel disc) If you find no leaks and all the slide pins are moving free, I would remove the 2 bolts that hold the master cylinder in place and see if it is wet behind it. If it is wet you need a master cylinder
agree...if there is fluid getting in the booster you might want to go ahead and replace the booster at the same time since brake fluid will ultimately ruin the booster seals.
