Q: I actaully have a 1977 dodge b300 rv that im installing shocks on on 1990 Dodge Ram Van B350

The shocks i bought seem to be to long to fit, ive raised the vehicle by the frame until the wheel is off the ground but they are still to long ,the parts store insists they are the right ones,is ther some kind of trick to instaiiing them/or do i need to get a certian compressed lenght size shock?

Bring the parts store in the shocks you take off or try to cross-reference the shocks you have on line and see what matches up. If the shocks are too long the suspension will bind up the shocks during normal travel height changes.
