LOL...you should set the timing removing the timing belt...not after....Anyway, put the crank at top-dead-center, then put the cams at their respective marks (should be at 12 o'clock) ...and install the tensioner....remove pin and rotate crankshaft twice...check marks...ok = ok, one tooth off = not ok.
