The blower motor is in the lower area of the passenger footwell. I think it is retained by 3 phillips screws or 3 x 8mm small bolts which are easy to remove. The blower motor resister is only 4 or 5 inches away and may be the cause of blower motor not working. With the blower motor switch turned on the yellow/black wire should have power, the blue /red wire grounds through the blower motor resister supplying ground.
