Hello,
The easiest way is to use a turkey baster or a pump of some kind. You can remove the tank as well, but a turkey baster only costs a couple dollars... kinda the better way to go.
The other way is to allow the tank to spit out additional coolant as needed. There is an overflow tube on the coolant reservoir, and as long as the seal on the cap is good, the coolant reservoir will handle this situation on its own.
If you choose the later method, monitor the coolant level every day or so to see that it is purging excess coolant.
