It would appear that a door switch thinks a door is still open. It may be sticking in the open position. Try first to lubricate all your door latches (that's where the ajar switches are located) and open and close the doors several times. It may free up a binding switch.

If not, one of the switches will need replaced. Rather simply, a high quality diagnostic tool will be able to look at the door switches and show you which one is saying "open" when they are closed.
