How to change breaks pad and sensor

is replacing breaks pad and sensor on BMW the same as other cars or there is a trick to it.

Not really, it is basically the same. You have to let the car sit for about 2-3 minutes with the key on, after the job is done, for the Computer to recognize the new Brake pad Sensor and re-set the light.
