How many quarts of oil does a 5 speed trani need? And how to i change it?

It has been about 10-15k miles since my last trani service. I had a new clutch and fly wheel installed and I assume they did the trani oil as well. I dont have the money to have a shop do it again. So how to i change the oil in my 5 speed and how much oil does it need?

If they did drain & fill it when they did the clutch , then you don't need to mess with it yet. 30K is average interval . You would need 3 Qts. (should only take about 2&1/2) OEM Honda manual trans. fluid recommended.
