on the back shocks, you will need to take the back seats out. to do this you need to push the bottom of the seat toward the back, which will remove the bottom part. the top part will involve removing the bolts that hold in the seat belts, once these are loose, you can disconnect the top of the back of the seat from the frame.

there will be two bolts. one of the bolts you will access through the trunk. the other bolt will be located by removing a cover over a hole. putting the new one's in requires 2 people: one to guide the other person into the holes. make sure to put the car off the jack before doing the final tightening for those bolts.
I only see struts for your vehicle and it takes special training and tools to replace these safely
