How do you reset a radio if it goes dead after jump starting battery. Fuses fine

(2012 Ford Fusion)
in Spring Grove, IL on March 07, 2017
My entire radio panel is dead and nothing works, however, fuses all appear fine. The unusual thing is "FORD FUSION" is illuminated on radio display. I can't make anything work. What can I do?

you might have to re enter the radio code. If you bought the car new it should be with your owners books. If you did not purchase it new you will need to call ford and get the number from them. You will need to give them your VIN number which is located on a sticker on the inside drivers door, or on the dash on the drivers side windshield. If there is no code we would be happy to look at it for you. Just give us a call,
