How do you change the lower intake manafold gasket

(2002 Pontiac Grand Prix)

the car is leaking coolant and it appears to have water in the oil i see water leaking around the intake

it is a very involved repair and labor intensive. i reccomend you let a shop do it as many problems can result if you make a mistake. it pays 7 hourd in a shop and we charge about 800-900 for the full job.

most the time is the intake gasket lower part as long as it has not ran hot ,it is not knocking change oil after you change intake gasket run about 100 miles change oil a gain be cause the water and antifreeze will mess up the bearing in motor
