How do you change the center mount brake light (the third brake light)?

I am not sure what additional details are needed except that it is not working and I would first like to change out the bulb before I send out my next question.

Should be a plastic cover to remove and then you should see the socket to remove and install new bulb.

Manual only says it has a retainer on each side to remove....could be a screw or sometimes its just a plastic retainer you have pry out with a flat blade screwdriver.
