How do you change the bulb on the bottom of the sideview mirror?

(2005 Ford Explorer)

Can not see how the bottom of the sideview mirror opens to replace the bulb.

You have to slide a flat blade (like a dull utility razor) up into the light lens which is farthest from the door. The end closest to you while staring up at it. When you slide up it releases a tab. Now you use a small flat head screwdriver to pry the light lens down out of mirror. Remove bulb by twisting it out of housing. Put in new bulb and reassemble. Good Luck!
