Could just turn the heated seat switch to OFF position! .. If that doesn't work then the relay is stuck closed..

Wires in the seat heater are damaged. They will need to be replaced.Tthe heating element is in the seat cushion* unplug the power wire harness from the seat. The overheating could cause a fire
