How do i stop fuel leak on rail to injectors

(1991 Plymouth Voyager)
leak on fuel rail back side of engine line between the two sides

Replace the fuel rail, if it leaks. It could be very dangerous. Don't drive the car in this condition, get it towed to a repair shop and ask them to check it.
