How do I replace front heater/defroster fan? Rear works great. Is it the switch?

The rear heat/AC fan, motor, etc working great. The front is not responding to any combination of fan and selection like defrost/vent/foot well, etc. Before it stopped working, I noticed I drove a little while before the fan came on in the front only.

Remove the lower right kick panel. Carefully pull carpeting back from trim panel and front cowl to gain additional clearance for blower motor assembly. Unplug the blower motor electrical connector.
Remove the three screws that secure the blower motor and blower wheel assembly to the heater-A/C housing . Pull the blower motor and wheel assembly out of the passenger compartment side of the heater-A/C housing.
