How do I remove Right rear side door panel to replace electric lock acuator?

(1999 Ford Windstar)
I Have remove small screw at lower rear edge and screw and small panel at door handle and manual lock pull button.

You have to slide the panel up. Thats if all the retaining screws are removed. Before you replace the lock actuator put power and ground directly to the unplugged actuator to see if it does work. The proper way to reinstall the new actuator(if old one is bad)is to use 1/4 inch pop rivets. you have to use a 1/4 inch drill bit to remove old actuator. Before you drill the old rivets out you have to center punch the pin in the center of the rivet.
