There are special tools for removing and installing the pulley on your vehicle. It is best you call around to your local equipment rental facilities to rent them. To purchase the tools would not make sense to only use them once. When you install the pulley on the new pump, be sure to set the depth right. If you don't, you will shorten belt life.
