How do i reach/find the oil filter?

Where on the 2008 Elantra is the oil filter located and how can I reach?

On a 2007 Elantra 2.0 Liter four cylinder engine the oil filter is a spin on type oil filter. It is at the front of the engine near the crankshaft pulley/fan belts. I am guessing the 2008 model year is the same as the part number for the filter is the same.
It is accessed from under the car.
