How do I get my car out of limp mode

(2002 Hyundai Sonata)

I got codes p0102 p0113 p0118 I've changed all 3 and its still in limp mode please help

Mass air flow sensor and housing,
intake air temperature sensor high input voltage,
engine coolant sensor high input voltage

Why won't it come out of limp mode

You can try disconnecting the battery negative cable for about 5 minutes but if a problem still remains it will go back into limp mode.

I've did the negative cable and its still in 2nd gear limp mode.
