How do I get a high beam on driver side

(1999 Pontiac Grand Am)
I have checked the fuse & changed the bulb & still can't get my high beam to work on driver side
in Lincoln, NE on February 07, 2018
How long have you had this problem? long time maybe years

If you have an issue with a high beam functioning properly, ensure you have the proper bulb for the operation first. It is possible the bulb fits, but does not have the filaments required for high beam activation. You'll also have to check the circuit to see if the bulb is being triggered by the switch. There is no easy fix, other than bulb replacement; the rest requires testing.
