How do I clear the obd 11 code permanently from the ecu on my 1999 honda

(1999 Honda Accord)
I just replaced the lock up solenoid but I can't get the code to erase its on my 99 honda accord ex 3.0l vtech I'm trying to find the ecu to erase it that way but not sure what to do or exactly were it is

do you have a code reader,like az,adv,etc.if so you can plug it in the obd2 connector and read codes,then erase.should not come back on unless problem not corrected.or you can unhook the battery cables,neg.first,then pos.leave unhooked for 10 minutes.when hooking cables back up,first hook up pos. then neg.last.MAKE SURE IF YOU HAVE FACTORY HONDA RADIO IN CAR,MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RADIO CODE TO RE-ENTER IF YOU EVER UNHOOK BATTERY.THE NEWER MODELS HAVE THIS CODE IN THE DASH ON THE LEFT OR RIGHT SIDE OF THE DASH DOOR.THE OLDER MODELS PUT IT ON A LITTLE CARD IN OWNERS MANUAL.IF YOU DO NOT HAVE RADIO CODE,RADIO WILL NOT COME BACK ON.
