How do I change the power steering pump?

(1990 Chevrolet 1500 Pickup)

The noise coming from the front of the engine does not sound like a bearing going out, it sounds like an impeller in the steering pump is rubbing.

remove the belt
remove both lines from the pump.
unbolt the pump through the pulley and remove the pump.
