How do I change the ignition switch with no key and in locked position?

(1995 Ford F-150)

I have pulled the steering wheel but don't see the steering wheel lock mechanisim

Mine is on the right hand side of column. no need to remove steering wheel. Remove the plastic cover. a few screws and your lock system should come out.
Even without key.
