How do i change the front rotors

(1990 Dodge W150)
we have pulled the hub and and cant get the bearing out of there is there a special tool or does it just need more force? It is a four wheel drive, once i removed the hub and the peice behind it there is 2 1/4" diameter fitting with four indents with what appears to be screwholes in the center of each one

If this is a 2WD 3500lb suspension, it has a conventional pair of taper wheel bearings. once the wheel bearing grease cap is removed the split pin removed and the axle nut removed the hub, bearing and rotor assembly will just come off. Inspect the replaceable spindle for wear.
