How can you check for a head gasket without a radiator repair

Fluid poured out from the passenger side without
warning there was no leak or loss of fluid prior to the spontaneous rise in heat and fluid loss. When the car cools down it will start up but not hold fluid

Usually, a blown headgasketwill blow between cylinders and you will have white smoke pouring out of the exhaust. Check for loose hose clamps or freeze plugs leaking. If yur radiator is leaking, you need to get that fixed first. Goodluck
