Q: How can i fix the water problem in my truck motor? on 2004 Dodge Dakota

Rookie cbe0621eac06868b3efe0d8d1d3611e23c60d3114864ea2ec19a68cfbd3eebab
Truck hit a small cement pole and busted front fender, radiator and waterpump. Everything bought and changed. When waterpump was put in water was going into motor. Need to know if I do a flush and change motor oil will this fix the problem?
You may have cracked the timing cover, which is where the water pump is mounted. Try flushing out your oil and putting in new oil, but if it reoccurs, then you may have a cracked timing cover.
Thanks I will do this and let you know. Is it okay to put in the flush oil to do the flushing?
