Hose burstingproblem

(1993 Land Rover Range Rover)
in Riverdale, GA on January 19, 2011
I did a major tune up ( my rover has 90064 mi), the shop did not check the hoses when they were doing the job...as a result the hose to the radiator burst...should the shop be liable for this and should I have to pay for a second job if I already paid for the first.

did you request for all this to be checked?? as part of a tune up, rad hoses are not part of the service. should the tech have seen this?? maybe, but depends on what he was looking for.
I do not believe they are liable. it was your hose, not theres. they did not break it, it just wore out,
i would get it replaced and move forward.
