The hybrid system may enter a fail-safe mode as a result of electrical interference. This could disable the engine and require the vehicle to run solely on battery power. This would limit the vehicle speed to 40 miles per hour and cause the vehicle to stall when the battery loses its charge.

Recalls on your Honda must be performed by a Honda dealership. Honda will begin notifying known owners of affected vehicles in November 2015. If you do not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local Honda dealerships. They will also check for any other uncompleted recalls on your vehicle. For best results, be prepared to provide your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to the service department consultant you speak with.
